Ever since I made the physical change from a scrawny kid to a full-figured girl, I've had a hard time dealing with my body changes. I used to feel that my boobs were too big and that my belly had a little too much fat. That all changed after several sessions with a therapist recommended to me by my doctor. My therapist, Maggie, told me I should stop feeling so negative about myself. She even took a picture of me with my boobs and belly on display. Maggie told me I should adopt a positive attitude about my body, that I should think of myself as an attractive, voluptuous young woman, eager to enjoy life with a man who will accept me as I am. I made the changes that Maggie recommended, and I feel so much better about myself. I now see myself being more approachable with people, especially boys.
