You can take it as a sort of a serious sequel of the halloween special (or an alternative version).

Makima had been waiting for the perfect moment.

She found Frieren quietly reading an ancient grimoire inside the dark gothic castle and struck without warning. In a matter of seconds the elf was immobilized, tightly bound, and dragged through the cold stone corridors. Makima locked her inside an open coffin, partially undressed herself, and began to pleasure herself on top of the sealed lid, savoring her victory.

Then Frieren started counting down.

A blinding flash of light shattered the coffin into pieces. The ropes and what little remained of her clothes were reduced to dust. Standing free once more, Frieren looked at Makima with calm eyes and simply said:

“Run.”

The hunt had begun.

As Makima fled through the castle, ropes started to appear under the command of Frieren’s newly learned binding magic. They caught her mid-sprint and restrained her far tighter than anything she had done to Frieren. Completely helpless, Makima could only watch as the elf approached, tasted her breast, and carried her away.

What followed was a long, intense session of dominance and pleasure. Frieren spanked her, used her, and took her time exploring every reaction. Makima, too proud to ever ask for it, still surrendered completely to every touch. Her body betrayed her pride with every moan, until the pleasure became too much and she began repeating, almost obsessively, that Frieren had won.

When it was finally over, Makima lay exhausted on the cold floor. Frieren gently caressed her cheek and whispered:

“Now I’m really happy… but I still need you to... BE SEALED”

In the final scene, Makima rests inside an open stone sarcophagus, sealed by Frieren’s magic. Glowing runes cover the surface, actively draining her power. She knows she will eventually break free… and when that day comes, she has already sworn that next time, she will be the one who wins.
