Rangers fox companion

I found her wounded and badly beaten near the northern gate of the city, alone and with nowhere to go. I could not simply leave her there, so I took her with me and made her my companion. At first, it was little more than an act of kindness. I shared my food with her, tended to her as best I could, and later took her hunting with me through the forests. I found her a warm cloak, proper equipment, and everything she needed to stand on her own feet again. But somewhere between quiet nights by the fire, long days beneath the trees, shared meals, danger, laughter, and the growing trust between us, something changed. She stopped being someone I had rescued and became the person I wanted beside me. Without really noticing when it happened, I fell in love with her.
