He comes when he feels lonely, overcome by utter loneliness.

She waits. She watches him hesitate, hesitate to give up everything.

This one made up his mind quickly; he was going to jump. She holds him back, stops him, and begins to feed on his skin.

As the boy’s skin burns, hers regains its radiance...

Once the initial shock has passed, he wants to grab her, to stop the pain.

She says: ‘You’re already dead; you’re going to join the world of oblivion.’
