As far as the Celestial Adjudication Council was concerned, Serafina and Katerin were fallen angels. Indifferent and lackadaisical about their angelic duties, the duo were considered "disruptive" and seemed slated for consignment to the Midnight Corps, an angelic unit charged with patrolling the boundary between the Celestial Realm and the Fiery Depths. Serafina is familiar with the Council's workings (their case will be subject to endless discussion) and suggests to Katerin that they go down to Earth, find a nice little joint, and relax.
