One of the freshmen of the Superhero U Academy:

Personality

Liwayway carries a quiet, maternal steadying presence that people pick up on almost immediately. She rarely raises her voice, never lets anyone get under her skin, and never speaks just to fill air—she waits until she actually has something worth saying. She’s naturally become the cohort’s unofficial sounding board. Don't mistake her patience for pushiness, though; she isn't easily moved, and those who’ve tried to force her hand usually regret it.

Powers

Her main strength is high-level water manipulation, drawing enough moisture directly from a humid afternoon to shape massive walls, crushing waves, or lethal, pin-point jets. When the fight demands it, her size-shifting allows her to scale up into a massive physical wall—gaining huge reach and durability, even if her raw physical strength remains human-baseline. Her true edge, however, is tactical genius: she charts the field, tracks available moisture, and plans three moves ahead before taking a single step.
