Futanari is one of the most requested niches in AI hentai, and one of the easiest to get wrong: a vague prompt gives you a regular girl, a random extra character, or anatomy in the wrong place. Below are six of the most-liked futanari generations from the BetterWaifu community, each with its exact prompt, negative prompt and settings. Press Recreate on any card to open it in the generator with everything filled in, then swap the character, outfit or scene.
The futanari tags that matter
futanari(orfuta) is the core tag. Anime models also knowfull_package_futanariwhen you want testicles shown.- Say who else is in the scene:
solo,futa_with_female,futa_with_maleorfuta_with_futa. Without one, models often add a random second girl. - Control the state:
erectionorflaccid, andbulgeorbulge through clothesfor clothed shots. - Body tags carry the look:
mature_female,wide_hips,thick_thighs,plump,large_breasts. They also keep characters clearly adult. - Put
man, boyin the negative prompt so the model does not turn your futa into a male character.

Plain sentences work too
The most-liked futanari post on the site uses no tags at all, just short descriptive sentences. Newer models follow natural language well, so you can describe the pose and mood the way you would to an artist.
