A New OC Or A Design Obsession

Guy, need some opinions. A character design has been bouncing around in my head for the past couple of days. I don't know she will be a new OC (At this rate, might as well be). I just want feedback. Honestly, not sure what I am going for, but in all those images, something clicks. I just don't which one is the best.

P.S. - I was also trying to avoid her looking like Kitagawa Marin.

Very Gyaru. #9 really works for me because it still has the recognizable Gyaru traits but the wolf cut and the slightly baggy pants help differentiate it.
