Kate, a night bartender, works a week that runs from Wednesday to Sunday. Come Monday, Kate likes to get in her car, swing by a convenience store to get a bottle of her favorite libation, drive out into the country, find a nice spot to pull over, take off every stitch of clothing (except her beloved black leather jacket), and just chill. "This here's my Monday cleansing ritual. I think about all the crap I've had to put up with during my five nights of dispensing drinks and listening to people flapping their gums. Does me good to get away from all that, just enjoy the peace and quiet as I smoke and drink. It really soothes my soul."

(Inspired by @reptorn’s "Melancholy Monday" concept)
