Phase I – Before the Earth Awakens: Miku awakens alone in a volcanic land after being pulled through a dimensional rift. While searching for a way home, she discovers an ancient temple filled with carvings of a colossal red Pokémon. The ground trembles whenever she approaches its deepest chamber, yet instead of fleeing, she listens to the rhythm beneath the earth.

Phase II – Legendary Resonance: Deep within the temple, Miku finds Groudon weakened by corrupted crystal energy. When the temple begins collapsing, she refuses to abandon it. Groudon answers her determination, and molten light flows through them both. For the first time, Miku feels the heartbeat of the world itself.

Phase III – Corrupted Resonance: Echora infects their bond with unstable resonance. Miku suddenly hears every movement beneath the earth at once. Mountains crack, magma erupts and her desire to keep everyone safe becomes an obsession with controlling everything around her. Groudon struggles against the corruption beside her.

Phase IV – Goddess of the Primal Earth: Miku finally realizes that the earth cannot be controlled—only understood. She releases her fear and allows Groudon's power to flow naturally through her. The corrupted magma turns golden, the land becomes calm, and Groudon bows its head beside the newly awakened Guardian of the Primal Earth.
