A highly detailed, cinematic 15-second anime-style video of a beautiful elf woman undergoing a dramatic magical girl transformation. She has long pointed ears, fair luminous skin, and a glowing pink rune on her lower stomach. At the start she stands wearing a flowing white elegant gown, her long blonde hair cascading freely down her back. The glowing rune on her stomach suddenly flares brightly. Magical energy erupts outward in swirling ribbons of blue and white light, sparkles, and runic symbols. Her long flowing hair is dramatically pulled upward and twisted into a tight, elegant updo. At the same time her white gown shatters and dissolves into particles of light, rapidly reforming into a sleek, revealing armored bodysuit — tight metallic plates hugging her curves, exposed cleavage, exposed midriff highlighting the still-glowing rune, and elegant armored accents. She finishes the transformation in a powerful, confident pose with one hand near the glowing rune on her stomach, hair perfectly styled in the tight updo, eyes sharp and empowered. Smooth fluid animation, dramatic magical particle effects, glowing rune that pulses throughout, highly detailed hair physics and outfit transformation, cinematic lighting, vibrant magical atmosphere, high quality 4K anime rendering
