LFirst, very cool idea.
I wouldn't change the blemishes... you are transitioning from a cartoon... that feels right.
Feedback wise... and this is 100% my artistic opinion so take it with a large brick of salt...
We dont really get to see the final face settle. I think that would complete the shot to finish on a full emotion even for just a moment. That emotion wouldnt even have to be positive. Happy to dish further.
