💡 "The golden hour" theory: Confirmed.
Thank you to everyone who, whether intentionally or not, participated in this verification process. I consider it a success:
Of the 15 posts I focused on, 10 have so far received less than 100 likes, 5 more than 100. So one third. Now the interesting part. Of these 5 posts, all have received 400 likes and counting, so the harvest will be rich tonight. Hooray! 🥳🥳🥳
Of these 10 posts, 8 worked, let's say, normally, and only 2 failed completely, yes, you, salty, you made your posts later, around 2:00 am. But even this failure also proves that if you make posts too late, those older posts have already received so many likes that the algorithms have made almost everything after them invisible. So my conclusion is to plan to publish not around 2:00 am, but 1-1.5 hours earlier.
Overall results: Of the 28 most popular posts in 24 hours, about 16 (more than half) were created between about 11:00 PM and 2:00 AM, and of those, 7 (1/4) were created between about 12:00 AM and 1:00 AM. This result basically repeats itself every day. So tomorrow, the most popular posts will be those created during that time period.
So, my hypothesis is that the best time to post is between about 12:30 AM and 1:00 AM CET, and statistically, before 1:00 AM is better than after.
BTW, this post is my contribution to SFW Monday... But she has nude butt! Yeah, yeah, it is because this cat works at home on Monday 😁
